The Retro Velvet Fabric - Paris features a decorative home design with photographic elements and baskets in multicolor. This design symbolizes the warmth and charm of home, bringing a unique and original touch to any space. The main colors, being multicolor, allow the fabric to be combined with a wide range of solid colors, such as beige, dark green, or burgundy.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, ensuring high quality and durability. The soft, shiny, and elastic texture of the velvet fabric provides a pleasant feel and a luxurious appearance.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very versatile, as it can be used for making lingerie, dresses, blazers, upholstery for sofas and chairs, sportswear, cushions, kimonos, among others. Its ideal season for use is autumn and winter, thanks to its weight of 245 gr/m2, which provides greater thermal protection.
Regarding care, it is important to note that velvet fabric cannot be ironed and should not be tumble dried. Hand washing is recommended, and bleaching should be avoided, as well as dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene-free products.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which is performed on polyester and guarantees a faithful reproduction of the colors and details of the printed design. This printing method allows for greater durability and resistance to washing, keeping the beauty of the print intact over time.
