The Retro Velvet - Paris fabric is a velvet fabric with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane. Its printed design features an abstract watercolor style with floral motifs and multicolored colors. This design stands out for its standard complexity and its decorative and botanical appearance, with roses, pictorial flowers, and stylized flowers. The main colors are multicolored, which allows this fabric to be combined with a wide range of solid colors such as black, white, green, or purple.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, ensuring durability and intensity of colors. The fabric has a soft texture, a bright visual, and is elastic. Its weight of 245 gr/m2 makes it ideal for making fashion garments and accessories, as well as for decorative uses in the home.
The applications and uses of this fabric are diverse, from making lingerie, dresses, blazers, and bikinis, to interior decoration with cushions, curtains, and upholstery. It is also suitable for making sportswear such as shirts, jackets, skirts, and pants, as well as accessories such as scrunchies and kimonos.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended to hand wash, not bleach, not iron, and not tumble dry. In addition, it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, which ensures that it maintains its original quality and appearance for longer.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of the transfer of inks through the application of heat and pressure. This method ensures high definition in the details of the printed design and a durable fixation of the colors in the fabric.
