The Retro Velvet Fabric - Paris is a velvet fabric that stands out for its softness and shine. The printed design combines artistic and abstract elements, with waves and vibrant colors such as champagne off-white, mint green, and blush pink. To complement this design, solid colors like white, black, or gold could be used to highlight the elegance and sophistication of the print.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, ensuring excellent quality and durability. The general characteristics of the fabric include its softness, shine, and elasticity, making it perfect for lingerie, dresses, blazers, upholstery, accessories, and decoration.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric are lingerie, dresses, blazers, sofa and chair upholstery, bikinis, shirts, jackets, skirts, pants, tops, kimonos, hair accessories, and home textiles such as cushions, table runners, and curtains. Its versatility makes it perfect for a wide range of sewing and decorating projects.
Regarding care, it is important to note that velvet fabric should not be bleached. Hand washing is recommended, and it can be dry cleaned, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene. It cannot be ironed or tumble dried to preserve the quality of the fabric and the print.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which involves the transfer of ink through heat and pressure directly onto the polyester fabric fibers. This process ensures high-quality and durable printing, with vibrant and defined colors in the printed design.
