The base fabric, Retro Velvet - Paris, is a velvet fabric with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane. Its weight is 245 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm. The printed design on this fabric is complex, artistic, two-tone, botanical, floral, and decorative, with a nature that highlights plants and leaves in multicolored tones. This design can be combined with plain colors such as black, dark green, burgundy, or gold. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of this fabric include a soft, shiny, and elastic texture. The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, from lingerie, dresses, upholstery, sportswear, to accessories such as scrunchies and kimonos, as well as home textiles such as cushions, curtains, and table runners.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, hand wash, and it is suitable for dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. It is not suitable for ironing or tumble drying.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which is performed on polyester fibers. This process consists of printing the design on special paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure, which guarantees high color definition and excellent print durability.
