The Retro Velvet - Paris fabric is a velvet fabric with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, with a weight of 245 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is abstract, artistic, colorful, and decorative, with a standard style complexity and abstract shapes reflected through brushstrokes and reminiscent of painting. The main colors are multi-color, making it a versatile option to combine with plain colors such as black, gray, dark green, navy blue, among others.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures great precision in details and exceptional durability. Its general characteristics include a soft, visually bright, and elastic texture, making it ideal for clothing, home decor, and accessories. The applications of the fabric range from lingerie and dresses to furniture upholstery, cushions, sportswear, and fashion items.
Regarding care, hand washing is recommended, do not bleach, avoid ironing and tumble drying, and it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene. It is important to follow these instructions to maintain the quality and appearance of the fabric over time.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the ink to the fabric using heat and pressure, ensuring high color fidelity and resistance to washing. Digital textile printing allows greater creative freedom in design and more sustainable production by reducing ink and water waste compared to other traditional printing methods.
