The Retro Velvet - Paris fabric is a velvet fabric with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane. Its printed design is artistic and decorative in style, with soft tones such as ivory white, light violet blue, and cardinal purple. It can be combined with other plain colors such as black, gray, or pale pink. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.
The characteristics of the fabric include a soft and elastic texture, a shiny and visual touch. On the other hand, the printed design features standard complexity, square shapes, and a drawn style.
Regarding applications and uses, this fabric is ideal for lingerie, dresses, blazers, sofa and chair upholstery, sportswear such as bikinis, shirts, jackets, skirts, pants, and tops, as well as for accessories such as scrunchies and kimonos, and for decoration in cushions, table runners, and curtains.
It is important to note the care instructions for the fabric, which include not bleaching, hand washing, dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, no ironing, and no tumble drying.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring sublimation inks through heat and pressure to permanently fix the images onto the fabric.
