The Retro Velvet - Paris base fabric is a velvet fabric made of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, in a solid color French Lilac Purple, with a CMYK of 41 40 28 9. This color is characterized by its vibrant and sophisticated tone, with a blend of purple and lilac tones that evoke elegance and delicacy. It pairs especially well with neutral colors such as white, gray, and black, as well as metallic tones like gold and silver.
Digital textile printing is done on one side only, meaning the printed color is only on the visible part of the fabric. This technique guarantees high print quality and optimal durability.
General characteristics of the base fabric include a soft and elastic texture, as well as a shiny finish that enhances the French Lilac Purple color. These attributes make the fabric ideal for high-end clothing and luxury interior decoration.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, its versatility for making clothing such as blazers, skirts, pants, and bikinis, as well as for interior decoration in cushions, curtains, and furniture upholstery, stands out. Its elegance and softness make it perfect for sophisticated fashion and decoration projects.
To care for the Retro Velvet - Paris fabric, it is important to follow some recommendations: do not bleach, hand wash, do not iron, do not tumble dry, and dry clean except with trichloroethylene. These care instructions ensure the preservation of the fabrics texture and color over time.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring polyester-based ink directly onto the fabric through heat and pressure. This process guarantees a durable color fixation and high definition in printing, resulting in a high-quality finish resistant to use and washing.
