The base fabric of this retro Paris velvet fabric is soft and shiny, with a light Thulian pink color obtained from a combination of cyan, magenta, and yellow inks in proportions with very little black, with a CMYK of 16, 57, 16, 0. This secondary color has a warm and elegant look, and combines especially well with neutral tones such as white, gray, and beige.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which provides a vibrant and durable appearance. The general characteristics of the base fabric include its soft, visually shiny and elastic texture, which makes it perfect for clothing and decorative elements.
As for the applications and uses of the fabric, its versatility stands out for making garments such as dresses, blazers, bikinis, jackets, skirts, pants and tops, as well as for upholstery of sofas and chairs, creating cushions, kimonos, curtains, bedding and kitchen linen, among others.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended to hand wash, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry, and it is suitable for dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. These instructions ensure the preservation of the quality and appearance of the fabric over time.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which ensures faithful and durable color reproduction, as well as high resolution in the designs. This technique allows the ink to be permanently fixed in the fabric, resisting washing and continuous use without losing intensity or definition in the prints.
