The base fabric, Retro Velvet - Paris, has a solid color printed in Sea Green with a CMYK of 73 0 61 0, giving it a vibrant and refreshing look. This color evokes nature and the serenity of the sea, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It pairs perfectly with neutral tones such as white, gray, or beige, highlighting its luminosity and freshness.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures high quality and durability of the printed color. It is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side, which gives it a uniform and sharp appearance.
In terms of general characteristics, velvet fabric has a soft, shiny, and elastic texture, offering a pleasant feel and a visually appealing look. With its composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, it is resistant and comfortable to wear.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very varied, ranging from making clothing items such as dresses and blazers to interior decoration with cushions, curtains, and upholstery. It is also ideal for manufacturing sportswear, lingerie, and accessories such as kimonos and scrunchies.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach, hand wash, and avoid ironing and tumble drying. Additionally, dry cleaning is recommended, except with trichloroethylene, to preserve the quality and extend the lifespan of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which guarantees high color fixation and accurate reproduction of designs, resulting in a bright and durable finish on the printed fabric.
