Glasgow cloth is a fabric composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a soft touch. The printed design is abstract and artistic, with brushstrokes and abstract shapes in cotton white, windows blue, and cherry red. This design also features a colorful and decorative touch, with a two-color and drawn style that adds complexity and creativity. For pairing, solid colors such as gray, black, or green can be chosen to highlight the main tones of the print.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, which gives it great quality and definition in the details. Its general characteristics include its width of 150 cm and ideal durability for winter or autumn/winter garments, as well as for decorative use in the home. The applications of this fabric range from coats and jackets to coasters and kitchen towels, allowing versatility in its use.
As for care, it is important to wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, iron at a warm temperature, and avoid dry cleaning or tumble drying. These care instructions will help maintain the quality and prolong the life of the fabric.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which is carried out through the transfer of ink at high temperature and pressure, achieving durable and wash-resistant colors. This technique guarantees high quality in the print and great color fidelity, ensuring that the design withstands the test of time and washing.
