The Glasgow broadcloth fabric features a printed design with heart, candy, and rose shapes, in main tones of deep mauve pink, burnt, and pearl. This design evokes feelings of sweetness, love, and romance. Additionally, it can be combined with plain colors such as white, black, or gray to further highlight the print. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of this fabric include a soft texture and a weight of 380 gr/m2, making it ideal for making outerwear such as coats, trench coats, jackets, and blazers. On the other hand, the printed design adds a feminine and romantic touch to any garment or accessory.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to fashion, it can be used for making coasters, kitchen towels, or even altar cloths. Its season of use is mainly in winter or autumn/winter, due to its polyester, viscose, and elastane composition which provides good thermal insulation.
As for fabric care, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a warm temperature, and avoid bleaching, dry cleaning, and tumble drying to maintain the quality of the fabric and the printed design.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of the transfer of inks through the application of heat and pressure, which guarantees high print quality and durability of the print.
