The Glasgow cloth fabric features an abstract and distorted printed design with influences of modern art and abstract forms, highlighting a marble-like texture in multicolor. This design could perfectly combine with solid colors in neutral tones such as white, black, or grey, to highlight the complexity of the print. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, ensuring high quality and durability of the printed image.
In terms of general characteristics, the Glasgow cloth fabric stands out for its soft touch and its weight of 380 gr/m2, which makes it ideal for outerwear such as trench coats, jackets, blazers, or coats. In addition, its composition of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane provides flexibility and resistance.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric are the making of altars, dining coasters, and even kitchen towels. Its winter season makes it perfect for outerwear, thanks to its sublimation printing technology on polyester.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, iron at a warm temperature, and do not dry clean or tumble dry, to ensure greater durability of the fabric and the printed design.
Polyester sublimation printing technology consists of transferring ink from special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, which ensures a high-quality print with vibrant and long-lasting colors.
