The base fabric for this design is a Polyester Lycra called Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2. The printed design includes anatomical elements such as the face and body, as well as art drawings and the presence of people, mainly women. The main colors are Garnet Red, Night Black, and Reddish Orange, which can perfectly combine with solid colors like white, gray, or navy blue. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
General characteristics of the fabric include its elastic texture and chlorine resistance, in addition to having a very high UV protection factor of 50+. On the other hand, the printed design provides an artistic and anatomical touch, ideal for clothing with style and personality.
Applications and uses for this fabric include the manufacturing of lingerie, sportswear such as swimsuits, bikinis, tights, leggings, and leotards, as well as swimwear fashion garments. Its timeless season allows for its use throughout different times of the year.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C, iron it at a cool temperature, avoid tumble drying, and use dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows high-quality image transfer through a special ink that turns into gas when heat is applied, penetrating the polyester fibers and creating a durable and resistant print.
