The Lycra Polyester fabric - Cairo is a stretchy and soft fabric, ideal for sportswear and swimwear. Its printed design features leaves and plants in multicolour tones, which can be combined with plain colours such as white, black or green. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the fabric include its elastic and soft texture, as well as being chlorine resistant and having very high UV protection. The printed design stands out for its plant nature and vibrant colours.
Lycra Polyester fabric - Cairo is commonly used in sportswear, lingerie, swimwear and tops, thanks to its elasticity and resistance. In addition, it is perfect for making bikinis, swimsuits and bras.
It is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric, which include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not tumble drying and ironing at a cool temperature. Dry cleaning is recommended except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which is applied specifically to polyester fabrics. It consists of printing a design on transfer paper and transferring it to the fabric using heat, which guarantees excellent colour saturation and durability in the print.
