The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal of 230 gr/m2 is an elastic and resistant fabric, ideal for sportswear and swimwear. Its printed design features a combination of artistic elements with large flowers and vibrant colors, providing freshness and dynamism. In addition to the predominant multicolor, this design could perfectly combine with solid colors such as white, black, green, or blue, to highlight the floral tones.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing, which gives it a high quality finish and color definition. Its general characteristics, both of the fabric and the design, include an elastic texture and chlorine resistance, as well as a very high UV protection factor of 50+.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are the making of garments such as bikinis, swimsuits, leotards, tights or leggings, thanks to its composition and grammage suitable for swimwear and sportswear. In addition, its GRS certification and its sustainable nature as a recycled fabric make it an eco-friendly option for conscious designers and consumers.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum of 40ºC, iron it at a cool temperature and avoid tumble drying, to keep its properties and colors intact for longer.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring polyester-based inks to the fabric using heat and pressure, offering vibrant and long-lasting colors. This process guarantees a high-quality print resistant to abrasion, ideal for intensive use garments such as sportswear and swimwear.
