The Lycra Polyester fabric - Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2, features a vibrant printed design with rainbows and hearts in multi-colors. This colorful and lively design can be perfectly combined with solid colors such as white, black, or navy blue.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, ensuring high quality and definition in the details. It is important to note that it is not a double-sided printed fabric but single-sided, guaranteeing an impeccable finish on the visible part.
General characteristics of the fabric include its elastic texture, chlorine resistance, and very high UV protection of 50+. The elasticity of Lycra makes it ideal for tight-fitting garments such as bikinis, leggings, or leotards, while its chlorine resistance makes it perfect for swimwear.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it is perfect for making lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, and athletic wear for women, men, and children. Its versatility allows for creating a wide variety of garments with a unique and eye-catching design.
For the care of this fabric, it is important to follow the manufacturers specific instructions, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at low temperature, and not tumble drying. Additionally, dry cleaning is recommended, except with trichloroethylene, to maintain the quality of the fabric and the printed design.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which involves transferring ink at high temperature onto the polyester fabric, guaranteeing a durable and high-quality print. This process allows colors to adhere permanently to the fabric without losing intensity or definition over time.
