It could be paired with solid colors such as white, black, navy blue, or pastel shades, creating an interesting visual balance.
Recycled Lycra - Seal is an elastic and soft-to-the-touch fabric that allows great freedom of movement, making it an ideal choice for form-fitting garments. It is highly resistant to chlorine, making it suitable for water activities, and offers a high UV protection factor (50+), thereby protecting the skin from sun exposure. Its weight of 230 gr/m2 and its composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane ensure durability and comfort during use. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for high resolution and vibrant colors that do not easily fade.
The applications and uses of this fabric are wide and varied. Its flexibility makes it ideal for the production of lingerie and bodysuits, providing comfort and style. In the sports field, the fabric is excellent for making leotards, leggings, and swimwear for men, women, and children, ensuring comfort, a perfect fit, and resistance to water conditions and chlorine. Furthermore, its use in swimwear fashion for bikinis and swimsuits enhances its appeal, offering both technical and aesthetic performance.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is essential to follow the instructions to maintain its quality and durability. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and avoid dry cleaning. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not advisable to protect the fibers and colors of the fabric.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, a process that transfers the ink in a gaseous state to the polyester fibers, ensuring that the colors penetrate the fabric instead of merely staying on the surface. This method guarantees that the print is very durable, resistant to friction and washing, maintaining the intensity of the colors over time. Sublimation is ideal for fabrics like Lycra, as it does not affect its elastic properties or its softness.
