The Raso - Amsterdam fabric is an exuberant satin fabric that stands out for its shine and softness, ideal for fashion. Its printed design, inspired by the 60s, features a colorful play of heart shapes that evoke love. This vibrant and cheerful design transforms the fabric into a fascinating option for garments that seek to stand out on any occasion. It can be combined with plain colors such as white, black, soft pink, or navy blue, bringing elegance or a modern and fresh touch to creations. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which allows it to maintain the softness and fluidity characteristic of quality satin, without being a double-sided printed fabric.
From a technical point of view, satin offers a shiny texture and an extremely smooth and thin feel, characteristics that provide an elegant drape and fluid movement, perfect for making garments such as blouses, shirts, skirts, or even wedding dresses. Its weight of 120 gr/m2 ensures that the fabric is light and manageable, which facilitates its use in a wide variety of applications, from fashion to decoration. Its adaptability makes it an ideal element for kimonos, pajamas, accessories such as scarves and ties, as well as for decorative elements in the home such as curtains and cushions, giving an air of sophistication and style to any environment.
Specific care to maintain the integrity of the Raso - Amsterdam fabric is crucial. It is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene. For ironing, it is advisable to use a warm temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature, which simplifies maintenance and prolongs the useful life of the garment or item made.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, a particularly effective method for polyester, which allows colors to permeate directly into the fabric fibers. This results in a vibrant and durable finish that does not easily wear out over time or lose intensity with washing, which makes the Raso - Amsterdam fabric an optimal choice for those seeking aesthetic quality and functionality in their fashion or decoration projects.
