The Lightweight Voile Fabric - Kyoto is a light and soft textile that combines elegance with an abstract watercolor print design, featuring floral elements that evoke nature. Dominant tones include daisy pink, mint green, and deep sea green, creating a fresh and harmonious palette that brings luminosity and freshness to any creation. This fabric is ideal for combining with solid colors such as white, light gray, or a soft blue, which would perfectly complement the visual effect of the print. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the design on one side only through digital textile printing; it is not a double-sided printed fabric, which allows for a careful focus on the design, maximizing its appearance on the visible side.
The general characteristics of the fabric include its 100% polyester composition, which gives it a light grammage of 79 gr/m2 and a width of 148 cm. The texture is soft and smooth, providing a delicate and pleasant feel, while also being translucent, allowing for an ethereal effect in applications such as curtains or sheer blinds. As for the printed design, the abstract watercolor manifests itself on a canvas of vibrant colors that invite creativity, making it perfect for fashion garments, decorations, and accessories seeking a striking visual impact.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, its possibilities are extensive, ranging from making sportswear for men, women, and children, to blouses, lingerie dresses, and childrens fashion. Its lightness makes it an excellent option for creating shirts and sarongs, as well as decorative elements such as tablecloths, table runners, and sheer curtains for the home. The versatile use of the fabric makes it perfect for both making accessories like scarves and for designing home items in many rooms, from the kitchen to the living room, adding a touch of spring freshness.
As for the care of Lightweight Voile - Kyoto, it is essential to follow certain guidelines to maintain its quality. Bleaching should be avoided, and washing should be done at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Additionally, it is recommended to iron at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric to avoid damaging the print. It is also important not to use a dryer, as direct heat exposure could harm the texture and shape of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to create the print is sublimation, a process where inks turn into gas during heating and permanently adhere to the polyester fibers. This method not only allows for a wide range of vibrant colors and gradients but also ensures that the design is resistant to washing and wear, maintaining the quality of the print over time. Sublimation stands out for its ability to provide a soft, texture-free finish, which is especially desirable for fabrics like Voile, making each garment or decorative element authentically unique.
