The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal, weighing 230 gr/m², stands out for its elasticity and resistance, featuring a printed design of colorful hearts that evoke love and joy.
This design represents a vibrant and emotional combination: pearl pink in a soft hue dominates at 64.78%, complemented by blush (19.84%) adding depth and warmth, and a refreshing touch of day blue (7.36%). This color palette aims to capture attention and convey positive emotions, perfect for those who seek to express themselves through fashion. Additionally, the print invites mixing with solid colors such as pure white, classic black, or soft gray, providing a harmonious and versatile contrast, allowing for the creation of garments suitable for both formal and informal occasions. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the design on one side using a digital textile printing technique, ensuring sharp and durable image quality, avoiding the typical dullness of dual prints.
The general characteristics of this fabric include its elastic texture that promotes freedom of movement, making it an ideal choice for fitted garments. The fabric also offers a chlorine-resistant finish, making it a suitable choice for water activities, as well as very high UV protection (UPF 50+ factor), ensuring user safety against sun exposure. These attributes make it especially suitable for use in lingerie, swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, and leggings, both in sports and fashion.
In terms of its applications, recycled lycra fabric is ideal for making swimwear, as its elasticity and chlorine resistance ensure superior durability compared to other fabrics. Furthermore, its softness and fit allow for great comfort, making it perfect for daily use, whether for sports training, beach days, or creating trend-setting fashion garments.
For the care of this fabric, it is essential to follow certain recommendations that will maintain the quality of the fabric and the print. Bleaching should be avoided, as well as excessive temperatures during washing (maximum 40ºC). Dry cleaning is not allowed, and it is advisable to iron at a cool temperature to avoid damaging the surface of the print. Likewise, it is vital not to tumble dry, as intense heat can affect the elasticity of the lycra.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation on polyester, a process that allows the ink to transfer to the fabric in a gaseous state, penetrating the polyester fibers. This process ensures that the colors are vibrant and high quality, in addition to offering excellent resistance to wear and fading from light exposure, resulting in a durable print over time.
