Sarga - Prada fabric is a soft and thin Twill fabric, featuring an abstract watercolor print design that evokes a vibrant palette of multicolored hues, inspired by gastronomy, with an emphasis on peppers. This blend of artistic and natural elements suggests unique sensory experiences and a contemporary, fresh feel. To complement this burst of color, the fabric harmoniously combines with solid tones such as white, ecru, olive green, or terracotta, creating balanced contrasts and opportunities for fashion or decor combinations. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, ensuring a high-quality, vibrant finish.
The general characteristics of Sarga - Prada fabric highlight its softness and thinness, ideal for comfortable and elegant garments. Its composition of 96% polyester and 4% elastane gives it a certain elasticity, resulting in a pleasant feel against the skin, while ensuring durability and wear resistance. This fabric falls within the 220 gr/m2 weight range, making it a suitable choice for both garment manufacturing and decorative applications. The uses of this fabric are diverse: from womens and mens fashion, including shirts, skirts, and blouses, to accessories like scarves. In decor, it can be used to create cushions and curtains for the home, as well as applications in frames and artwork that highlight the watercolor design.
Regarding care instructions, it is essential to maintain the fabric in optimal condition to ensure its longevity. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and allow dry cleaning, with the exception of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and crucially, it should not be tumble dried to avoid damage to the fabrics structure.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (specially designed for polyester), which allows inks to be transferred in a way that integrates them directly into the fabric fibers. This process not only results in more vibrant and fade-resistant colors but also ensures that the design remains soft to the touch, without creating an additional layer of ink on the surface. Sublimation is an ideal technique for creating complex patterns and designs, such as the abstract watercolor print that adorns this fabric, ensuring that each piece is a unique and visually striking work.
