The Stretch Knit Crepe Fabric - Riga is a versatile fabric that combines the elasticity of polyester with a multicolored striped design. This vibrant and dynamic design is composed of lines that provide a sense of movement and modernity, perfect for various creative applications. The strategically arranged stripes invite the eye to move across the garment, while the colorful hues offer a cheerful and contemporary palette that can be easily combined with solid colors such as black, white, or neutral shades like gray and beige. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which distinguishes it by its crisp finish and its ability to enhance colors without compromising the softness of the touch.
This fabric stands out for its elastic and granular texture, which makes it not only a comfortable material but also one that adapts perfectly to various body shapes. One of its most valuable characteristics is its weight of 180 gr/m2, which gives it a light and fluid drape, ideal for garments such as dresses, jumpsuits, and tops, as well as a variety of mens and womens fashion items. In addition to its use in clothing manufacturing, the fabric can be used in decoration projects, such as lampshades and table runners, expanding its versatility in the textile field.
Regarding care, it is recommended that the Stretch Knit Crepe - Riga not be subjected to bleach or excessive washing temperatures, maintaining a maximum temperature of 40ºC to preserve the integrity of the fabric. This fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and is able to withstand tumble drying at reduced temperature. To maintain its appearance, it is suggested to iron at a low temperature.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a process that allows the ink to merge with the fibers of the fabric. This technique ensures that the colors are vibrant and durable, and does not affect the soft and elastic texture of the crepe. Sublimation is especially suitable for polyester fabrics, as it allows for stunning and high-quality designs, maintaining softness and comfort in the daily use of the fabric.
