The Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm is a waterproof material that combines functionality and design, highlighting elements such as mammals, especially cats, along with moon shapes and a touch of magical fantasy. Its predominant color, ecru, harmoniously complements deep blacks and green accents, allowing it to be combined with solid colors such as navy blue, light gray, or terracotta.
This fabric, printed with a single-sided design using digital textile printing, exhibits multiple characteristics that make it ideal for various applications. Its 100% polyester composition and a grammage of 70 gr/m2 guarantee a smooth and thin texture, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also provides effective waterproofing. The pattern of cats, the moon, and magical shapes brings a creative air that can be ideal for childrens fashion, thematic decorations, or exclusive pieces in contemporary fashion.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, its versatility stands out in areas such as the manufacture of jackets and raincoats for men, women, and children, as well as shower curtains and bed protectors for the home. The Storm fabric is perfect for creating garments that stand out in the winter season, providing both style and functionality, making it an excellent option for outdoor activities and domestic environments. Likewise, its printed design facilitates its use in decorative cushions and oilcloths for the kitchen, resulting in a festive and cozy tone.
Regarding care, it is essential to follow certain guidelines to preserve the durability and appearance of the fabric. It is recommended not to bleach products made with this fabric, wash them at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoiding dry cleaning. In addition, it is important to iron the garment at a cool temperature and refrain from using a tumble dryer, as this could damage the fabric structure and its print.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, a process that consists of transferring special inks onto the polyester surface through heat, allowing a durable bond between the color and the fabric. This not only guarantees high quality in the image and detail of the design but also promotes the resistance of the print to wear and tear over time, maintaining its vibrant colors and shapes with each wash. This technique is especially suitable for synthetic materials such as polyester, providing a brilliant and attractive finish that highlights the characteristics of the design.
