The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is characterized by its softness and sheen, featuring a printed design that evokes a magical world, represented through cats and moons in ecru, black, and fern green colors.
The design of this fabric is a singular representation of fantasy and nature, where the figure of cats, often associated with intuition and mystery, stands out against a background that combines soft ecru with deep midnight black. The moons add an air of magical charm, while the fern green introduces a natural touch that enriches the palette. This mix of colors not only creates an attractive visual contrast but also invites creativity in decoration and garment design. It could combine excellently with solid colors such as grey, navy blue, or warm tones like terracotta, thus creating a harmonious balance in any project.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing technique, thus ensuring a crisp and vibrant finish. This technique allows for exceptional definition in details and color fidelity that, without a doubt, adds aesthetic value to the final product. Furthermore, being a single-sided print, the softness and texture of the fabric are preserved on its reverse, providing a comfortable wearing experience.
Among the general characteristics of the fabric, we find its weight of 280 gr/m2 which gives it adequate resistance, combined with its composition which includes 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, guaranteeing elasticity and durability. The visual and tactile texture of the fabric is soft and shiny, making it ideal for both fashion applications and more practical uses in the home.
The uses and applications of Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin are diverse and versatile. From fashion, where elegant trousers, jackets, or womens and mens clothing can be made, to its use in decoration, upholstering chairs and armchairs or creating cushions for the home. Its unique aesthetic and soft texture make it perfect for adding a special touch to different areas of the home, such as bedrooms and living rooms, and even for making accessories such as bags and backpacks.
Regarding the care that should be taken into account, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and avoid dry cleaning, except in the case where trichloroethylene is not used. When ironing, it is preferable to use a low temperature and not use a tumble dryer to ensure the longevity of the fabric and maintain the quality of the stamped design.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows ink to be transferred to the fabric by heat, ensuring that the colors penetrate the polyester fibers, resulting in a durable finish that resists wear, thus maintaining the quality of the design over time.
