The Paño - Glasgow fabric is a soft woolen fabric, ideal for clothing and decoration, featuring a floral and vintage printed design in vibrant tones.
In terms of symbolism, the fabrics design suggests a natural environment, evoking the freshness of a garden full of wildflowers. The small flowers that adorn this fabric are a celebration of natures beauty, where the predominant frog green (52.15%) infuses a refreshing and invigorating air. This color is harmoniously complemented by oak brown (17.28%) and milk chocolate brown (13.42%), which add depth and warmth to the design, evoking earth and rustic charm. The decorative style, blended with floral and vintage elements, makes this fabric perfect for adding a classic and cozy touch to any space or garment. It can be effectively combined with solid colors such as white, cream, and gray, allowing for easy integration into different design palettes. It is important to mention that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side using textile digital printing, ensuring that the flowers and colors have a vibrant and high-quality finish.
The general characteristics of the fabric highlight its composition, which includes 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, providing a soft touch and good wear resistance. The grammage of 380 gr/m2 ensures that the fabric has a certain solidity and quality, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The printed design, characterized by its soft texture, not only adds aesthetic value but also contributes to the functionality of the fabric, making it desirable for a wide range of uses. Among the most notable applications, the Paño - Glasgow fabric is ideal for making coats, jackets, and blazers, where softness and warmth are essential. Additionally, its use in home decoration is considerable, ranging from rugs and curtains to cushions, adding a floral and cozy touch to any space, whether in the living room, dining room, or bedroom.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is essential to follow the specified instructions to maintain its quality. It should not be bleached, and washing should be done at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Furthermore, the garment does not allow dry cleaning, so hand washing or a gentle machine cycle is recommended. Ironing should be done at a warm temperature, and tumble drying should be avoided to prevent damage to the fiber and print.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a process that allows for high-quality designs to be integrated into the fabrics fiber. This technique ensures that colors are durable and resistant to washing, maintaining the integrity of the print over time. Thanks to sublimation, the design is not felt on the surface, providing a smooth, texture-free finish, ideal for garments and decorations that require comfort and aesthetics.
