The 190 gr/m² Recycled Lycra fabric features an abstract printed design that evokes the sweetness of gastronomy, full of pastel colors, like cotton candy, chocolate, caramel, cupcakes, donuts, and gummies, all inspired by "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." This vibrant and festive combination creates a playful and nostalgic connection. Since the design is multi-colored, it pairs perfectly with solid tones such as soft pink, mint, aqua, and white, bringing a cheerful and contemporary touch to any garment.
The fabric, printed on one side using digital textile printing, ensures a soft and elastic surface, designed to adapt comfortably to the body. Although only one side is printed, the quality of the print ensures that the colors are vibrant and long-lasting, giving a distinctive character to each creation. Lycra is characterized by its soft and elastic texture, along with its chlorine-resistant finish and high UV protection (UPF 50+), making it an ideal choice for swimwear and outdoor activities.
The applications and uses of this fabric are versatile, especially in the sportswear and fashion sectors. It is perfect for creating bikinis, swimsuits, sports tops, and can also be used in accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies. Its elasticity and softness make it comfortable against the skin, ideal for those seeking functionality and aesthetics in their garments. Furthermore, it is suitable for the whole family, including clothing for men, women, and children, which considerably expands its potential market.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important to follow them to maintain its quality and durability. It should not be bleached, and the maximum washing temperature is 40ºC. Dry cleaning and tumble drying are not recommended, nor is using high temperatures when ironing; it is recommended to use a cool iron to avoid damaging the fabric and the print colors.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows the dyes to integrate into the fabric fibers, resulting in a vibrant and wear-resistant finish. This technique not only ensures that colors remain bright even after multiple washes but also provides a soft feel, free from the stiffness that sometimes accompanies other printing methods. Sublimation is, therefore, ideal for complex and colorful designs, such as the one that embellishes this Recycled Lycra, helping to convey the message of sustainability and creativity in every garment.
