The Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2, features a vibrant design that evokes gastronomy through motifs inspired by "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," with multicolored hues that include sweet chocolate and caramel tones.
This fabric combines versatility and appeal, and its graphic design is a celebration of the world of sweets, with symbols of joy and fantasy, evoking the experience of a journey into a world of candies and chocolates. The multicolored tones blend with warm, earthy hues that can perfectly match solid colors such as chocolate, beige, cream, or black, creating harmonious and original wardrobe options. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which enhances the quality and definition of the design, while the opposite side maintains the purity and characteristics of the base fabric.
Regarding its characteristics, the Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi has an elastic texture that gives it an extremely comfortable feel, perfect for body-hugging garments. Additionally, it features chlorine-resistant finishes and a very high UV protection factor (50+), which protects the skin from solar radiation. This finish makes it an ideal option for use in swimwear and sportswear.
Its applications and uses are vast. This fabric is suitable for lingerie, bodysuits, and all types of sportswear, including swimsuits and bikinis, as well as leotards and leggings for women, men, and children. Thanks to its elasticity and comfort, it becomes the preferred choice for aquatic activities, sports, and fashion wear, allowing freedom of movement without sacrificing style.
When caring for the fabric, it is essential to follow certain guidelines to preserve its longevity and quality. It should not be bleached, and it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature. Furthermore, it is crucial to avoid tumble drying, as heat can damage the elasticity of the lycra and the integrity of the design.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation, a process that transfers the graphic design to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique ensures that colors are vibrant and long-lasting, and that they integrate perfectly into the polyester fibers, resulting in a durable finish resistant to washing and sun exposure, maintaining the visual quality of the design over time.
