The Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz fabric is a versatile and soft piece, combining photographic elements in a multi-colored landscape that evokes the freshness of nature, including crystal-clear water, mossy trees, and vibrant forests and jungles. This design, which conveys a sense of tranquility and connection with nature, stands out for its chromatic richness, making it ideal for highlighting in both fashion and decoration settings. Solid colors that could complement this print include shades such as white, emerald green, deep blue, and ochre, which can enhance the vividness of the design without detracting attention.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, ensuring that every detail of the image is reproduced with clarity and vibrancy, while the reverse remains plain, resulting in an elegant and professional finish. In terms of characteristics, the Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz features a combination of thin and soft textures, along with a stiff feel that provides excellent structure to the fabric. Its weight of 110 gr/m2 provides resistance and ideal performance in various uses.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are a wide range of fashion products and accessories, such as bags, bandanas, and bow ties. Its resistance and softness make it perfect for sports and swimwear, including swimsuits and Bermuda shorts. Decoratively, it can be used for cushions, curtains, and table runners, bringing a touch of freshness to the home. The timelessness of the fabric and its GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification make it a sustainable business option, highly demanded in the current market where eco-fashion is gaining increasing prominence.
Regarding the necessary care to maintain this fabric in optimal conditions, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoiding the use of bleaches. To preserve the quality of the colors and texture, it is advisable not to use a tumble dryer and to iron at a cool temperature. Additionally, dry cleaning is permitted, except with trichloroethylene, which allows some flexibility in the care of garments and products made with this fabric.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of the Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is sublimation. This process involves transferring special inks through heat and pressure to the polyester fabric, allowing the ink to turn into gas and penetrate the fibers of the fabric. This not only achieves vibrant colors and sharp details but also ensures that the print is durable, resisting wear and washing without losing its shape or saturation.
