Raso - Ámsterdam fabric is a polyester satin weave, characterized by its shiny and soft-to-the-touch surface, designed with a floral print that blends photographs of flowers with a beautiful cherry blossom motif in multicolored tones, evoking the freshness and vitality of nature. This visual combination not only provides a vibrant aesthetic but also reinforces the connection between fashion and natural art, turning any garment or accessory into a statement of style and elegance. The fabric is characterized by being printed on one side using a digital textile printing process, ensuring exceptional image quality, with colors that shine and stand out without compromising the softness of the satin.
In terms of general characteristics, Raso - Ámsterdam fabric is presented as a lightweight fabric with a grammage of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, which makes it versatile and suitable for numerous applications. Its shiny and smooth texture is not only visually appealing but also offers a delicate feel to the touch, perfect for fashion garments and decorative items. The main uses of this fabric range from making elegant shirts, blouses, skirts, and dresses, to creating kimonos and luxury accessories such as scarves, ties, and bows. In addition, its versatility extends to home decoration, ideal for cushions, curtains, and lampshades, where its aesthetic design can brighten spaces and give them a sophisticated touch. Thus, Raso - Ámsterdam is a perfect choice for those looking to combine functionality with style.
Fabric care is important to maintain its quality over time. It is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC. In addition, it allows dry cleaning, except in the case of trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a warm temperature. It can be tumble dried, but always at a reduced temperature, which helps preserve the integrity of the fabric and its print.
The printing technology used to create the design on this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows ink to be transferred to the polyester fibers through heat and pressure, ensuring that the colors are bright and long-lasting. This technique is not only effective for obtaining complex and detailed prints but is also extremely efficient for production in small and large quantities, maintaining sustainability by reducing ink and material waste.
