The Recycled Sportswear Polyester Fabric - Basic is a technical fabric composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, notable for its printed design featuring circular patterns in brown and yellow tones on a midnight black base. This color combination reflects a modern and vibrant aesthetic, ideal for sportswear or casual wear, and can be efficiently combined with solid colors such as white, grey, navy blue, or olive green. The fabric is printed with a single-sided digital textile print, ensuring high-quality and durable impressions.
The general characteristics of the fabric are manifested in its softness and smooth feel, making it comfortable to wear, while the printed design is characterized by its organic arrangement and its ability to offer a contemporary style. The fabric, with a weight of 145 gr/m² and a width of 145 cm, allows for great versatility in applications, from sportswear to home decorative elements. It stands out for its use in making Bermuda shorts, shirts, swimsuits, as well as in creating accessories such as bandanas and phone straps, thus covering various categories in both sports and fashion.
Regarding fabric care, it is essential to follow specific guidelines to ensure its durability. It should not be bleached, and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. For ironing, it is suggested to use a cool temperature, and it is important to avoid using a tumble dryer to maintain the integrity of the fabric. Adhering to these care instructions will protect both the quality of the material and the intensity of the printed colors.
The fabric is produced using sublimation printing technology, which allows the dyes to penetrate the polyester fibers. This method ensures that the colors are vibrant and wear-resistant, without affecting the fabrics texture, keeping it soft and flexible. This process is particularly effective for technical fabrics like recycled polyester, offering a final product that is both functional and aesthetically appealing.
