Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The PET Recycled Canvas Fabric - Dallas is a 100% polyester canvas, characterized by its multicolor striped design that offers a vibrant and dynamic visual effect, ideal for decorative and fashion applications. The use of colorful shapes and chromatic combinations in its print allows this fabric to adapt to various environments, standing out with harmonious and striking tones in any of its applications. This fabric features the printed design on one side only, which highlights its elegance and makes it perfect for a variety of both decorative and functional pieces.
From a technical perspective, the PET Recycled Canvas - Dallas incorporates features such as a rough and rigid texture that provides durability and an opaque visual that facilitates its versatility in multiple projects. This type of fabric, in addition to being ecological thanks to its recycled composition, is extremely resistant, adapting to a myriad of uses. Regarding its combination with plain colors, it is suggested that it harmonizes particularly well with shades such as white, gray, navy blue, or even yellow, which would enhance its multicolor appeal and give a vibrant touch to any design.
The applications of the fabric are numerous, ranging from the decorative field, with its use in cushions, tablecloths, and curtains, to fashion, where it can be used in the manufacture of trousers, jackets, and accessories such as bags and backpacks. Regarding the necessary care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum of 30ºC, which ensures that the printed colors remain vibrant over time. The fabric allows dry cleaning with solvents, which is favorable for maintaining its original appearance, and can be tumble dried at low temperature, as well as ironed at a cool temperature to avoid damage to the print.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows inks to be transferred to the fabric using heat. This technique is especially suitable for polyester, as the heat causes the ink to turn into gas and integrate directly into the fabric fibers, creating a durable and wear-resistant finish. By using sublimation, a design is obtained that does not chip or fade easily, ensuring that the shades of the multicolor print remain vibrant over time.
