The base fabric, Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, is presented as a versatile and elegant option for making lingerie items, dresses, skirts, blouses, scarves, and foulards, among others. Its 100% polyester composition and a weight of 90 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm, provide a translucent visual texture and include a pleated finish that makes it even more attractive. The printed design with circle and polka dot shapes in black, white, and dark purple is ideal for creating garments with a modern and sophisticated touch. Additionally, this design can be combined with plain colors such as white, black, purple, pink, and turquoise, among others. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
The characteristics of the base fabric and the printed design perfectly complement each other to provide looseness and freshness in the garments made. The pleated finish of the fabric adds an additional touch of movement and texture, while the circle and polka dot design brings a modern and fun feel.
As for the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it is also suitable for making swimwear, sarongs, and fashion accessories. The lightness of the fabric makes it ideal for the summer season.
It is important to consider the care instructions for the fabric. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C and not to use bleach. It can also be dry cleaned, although trichloroethylene should be avoided. For ironing, it is recommended to do so at a low temperature and it should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of the fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring inks in a gaseous state directly to the fibers of the fabric. This allows for high-quality and durable printing, ensuring that the printed design does not wear out easily.
