The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin features a soft texture and a visual sheen thanks to its composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. Its weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm make it an ideal choice for upholstery and furniture decoration, as well as for clothing items such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets/vests, and accessories like handbags and backpacks. Its printed design features circular shapes, specks, dots, and polka dots in the main colors Night Black (80.89%), Piggy Pink (9.0%), and Plum Pink (5.06%), combinable with solid colors from the same range. The fabric is printed on one side using the sublimation technique (polyester).
In terms of its general characteristics, the Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin has a soft touch and a shiny texture that make it ideal for decorative and fashion pieces. As for the design, the circular shapes, specks, dots, and polka dots create a timeless and versatile pattern that adapts to different tastes and styles. Additionally, its composition allows for easy handling and preservation of the fabric.
Regarding applications and uses, apart from those already mentioned, this fabric is ideal for kitchen, bedroom, and living room cushions, baskets, and even for outdoor decoration. Moreover, its versatility allows for its use in craft and handicraft projects.
It is important to consider the necessary care to maintain the quality of the fabric. It is recommended not to use bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not dry clean, but dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
Finally, the textile digital printing sublimation technique allows the design to be printed onto the fabric surface by heat and pressure, achieving ink fixation and preventing flattening. This technique ensures greater durability and quality of the design as it does not fade.
