The base fabric is an Organic Cotton Twill called "Florencia." Its printed design consists of circular shapes in blue tones, with the main colors being: Day Blue (43.28%), Denim Blue (19.13%), and Butterfly Blue (18.82%). In addition to these shades, it could be combined with plain fabrics in white, grey, brown, and/or black tones to create a harmonious contrast. It is important to mention that this fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing technology.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric and its design, the texture to the touch is both soft and rigid, which gives it a peculiar and pleasant feel. The fabric is sustainable, being an organic fabric certified by GOTS (Organic CU1016503). As for the printed design, circles and polka dots are very present in its pattern, creating a play of geometric shapes that brings dynamism and originality to this design.
Regarding the applications and uses of this type of fabric, it can be used both in fashion, to make trousers, shorts, overshirts or jeans, and in accessories such as toiletry bags or purses. In terms of decoration, it can be used for making cushions for different areas of the house, as well as for making tablecloths, napkins, or placemats.
As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is Reactive Direct Digital for natural fibers. This means that the design is printed directly onto the base fabric, allowing the colors to be fixed in the garment and providing a high print quality in the final result.
