Satin - Amsterdam

The Satin/Raso, Raso - Amsterdam fabric stands out for its soft, visually shiny texture, which feels smooth to the touch and is quite thin. The printed design features circles alternating polka dots and spots in predominant shades of Day Blue, Cowboy Blue, and Butterfly Blue. This single-sided fabric, digitally printed, contrasts perfectly with plain fabrics in cream, black, and gray tones, highlighting the prints colors.

The fabric is composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It is ideal for fashion applications in womens or mens garments, such as tops, skirts, shirts, blouses, pants, jumpsuits, and kimonos, as well as for accessories and scarves. Additionally, it can be used in lingerie making, such as pajamas, dresses, and especially bridal wear. It is a timeless fabric, and its recommended season is autumn/winter 2021.

It is important to highlight the fabric care instructions: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry clean except for trichloroethylene, iron at a warm temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature. It is recommended to read the recommendations carefully to keep the fabric in perfect condition.

The fabric is produced using a printing technique known as sublimation, which uses water-soluble ink to print the design onto the fabric. It is a transfer printing process performed on paper previously impregnated with sublimation ink. The paper is then placed on the fabric and passed through presses that apply heat and pressure to transfer the ink from the paper to the fabric. This process allows for sharp, vibrant print quality with a wide range of colors.
