The Amsterdam Satin/Sateen fabric features a printed design of circular shapes in Grapefruit Red, Cotton White, and Cherry Red tones. This design is ideal for adding a fun and original touch to garments such as blouses, skirts, or pants. Additionally, it would combine perfectly with plain fabrics in blue, gray, or black tones.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. This technique allows for a visually brilliant texture and a smooth feel to the touch. The fabric is thin and soft, making it ideal for use in lingerie garments such as pajamas and dresses. It is also suitable for making kimonos, tops, and accessories like scarves.
Regarding care, it is important to avoid bleaching and not exceed 40ºC in washing temperature. Dry cleaning is recommended except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a warm temperature, and avoiding high-temperature drying.
The Amsterdam Satin/Sateen fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology (polyester). This allows for printing high-quality images, even photographs, on polyester fabrics by transferring the design from special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure.
