The base fabric is the Windbreaker Waterproof Fabric, a Technical Fabric type made of 100% polyester with a weight of 116 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. This fabric is ideal for sports and fashion applications, such as jackets and puffer jackets, as well as winter raincoats. Its printed design, with circular and polka dot shapes in predominant colors of black, grapefruit red, and garnet red, adapts perfectly to a modern and striking look. It would combine perfectly with solid colors like white, gray, and navy blue.
The fabric is digitally printed with the patterned design on one side. The consistency of the fabric is thin with a smooth feel, and its finish is waterproof, making it ideal for protection against rain. The Windbreaker Waterproof fabric has a smooth and soft texture to the touch, making it an excellent option for technical everyday wear.
Among the applications and uses that can be highlighted for this fabric are the making of sportswear for women, men, and children, as well as the manufacturing of winter jackets and raincoats. Furthermore, its water resistance makes it ideal for all types of weather conditions.
To ensure the good condition of the fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, without using bleach, and to avoid dry cleaning and tumble drying. Ironing should be done at a low temperature.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which is used for the production of technical fabrics and high-quality printing. Sublimation consists of transferring colored ink to the fabric through heat and pressure to achieve soft and durable fabrics.
