The fabric, Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2, stands out for its softness and elasticity, making it the perfect textile for sportswear, lingerie, and swimwear. Its printed design features circular and polka dot shapes in dark tones with 78.79% night black and 20.69% plum pink, plus a touch of dark purple at 0.18%. This design can be combined with plain tones such as white, black, pink, grey, and lilac. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means high-quality and high-definition prints are obtained on a single surface.
The characteristics of the fabric include its elasticity, softness, and chlorine resistance, making it perfect for swimwear and sportswear. In addition, it has a high UV protection factor, which helps protect the skin during sun exposure. The printed design has a soft texture to the touch and great resolution in the print.
The application and use of this fabric are varied, such as sportswear for women, men, and children, lingerie like bras and bralettes, as well as fashion in knitwear and tops. It can also be used to make scrunchies, and for swimwear, it is perfect for bikinis and swimsuits.
It is important to note the special care this fabric requires, avoiding bleaches and ironing at low temperatures. It is also important to avoid cleaning with trichloroethylene and tumble drying to preserve the quality of the fabric.
The fabric is produced using sublimation printing technology on polyester. This means that the ink is printed on transfer paper and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure for proper fixation. This process ensures vibrant, long-lasting, and fade-resistant color.
