The base fabric is a Bi-elastic Twill - Lisboa, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design on the fabric features circles and polka dots in butterfly blue, cotton white, and day blue tones. This design can be combined with solid colors such as white, dark blue, or black.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. Its general characteristics include a rough, elastic, and soft texture to the touch. The Bi-elastic Twill - Lisboa has multiple applications and uses, including mens and womens fashion in garments such as pants, skirts, jeans, and shorts; as well as for decoration in cushions, hoops, and framed art.
It is important to note the recommended care for this fabric, which includes avoiding bleaching, not ironing at high temperatures, and not using a tumble dryer. The base fabric allows for dry cleaning, but not with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows for high image quality and a wide variety of possible designs. In this process, the design is deposited onto the fabric through the use of special inks that turn into gas when heat and pressure are applied, penetrating the fabrics fibers to achieve a durable and wash-resistant result.
