The fabric, Hydrophobic Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso, features a printed design of circles and polka dots in shades of canary yellow and cotton white. This design symbolizes the vitality and luminosity that characterizes the color yellow, as well as the joy and optimism conveyed by the polka dot design. In terms of its technique, the fabric is digitally printed on one side by textile digital printing.
The fabric has general characteristics that make it resistant and durable, with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a composition of 100% polyester. Its hydrophobic finish allows it to repel liquids, making it ideal for applications such as rainwear or in humid environments. It is also antibacterial, which prevents the proliferation of microorganisms, making it ideal for personal use items. On the other hand, its texture is rough and its touch is soft and pleasant to the skin.
This fabric is ideal for a wide range of applications, from fashion, through decoration to accessories such as backpacks or purses. It is a suitable fabric for making tablecloths, cushions and outdoor sun loungers thanks to its ease in repelling liquids. Additionally, it can be used in the manufacture of womens or mens trousers.
Regarding the care it needs, the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 60ºC and should not be bleached. Tumble drying or dry cleaning with trichloroethylene is not recommended. In addition, it can be ironed at a warm temperature.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which allows the design to be printed on one side of the fabric. This technique is used to dye fabrics and achieve high quality and durability in the final result.
