Tweed - Chanel

The Chanel Tweed fabric features a printed design with circular shapes and polka dots in black, yellow, and red tones. This design symbolizes the sophisticated and elegant character sought in garments made with this fabric. This single-sided fabric, printed using digital textile printing, offers a rigid texture and a firm feel, while allowing for the creation of garments with great body and volume.

The 100% polyester composition and a weight of 420 gr/m2 make Chanel Tweed fabric an ideal textile for fashion garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, and shorts. It is also suitable for making decorative cushions, sports caps, and bow ties.

It is important to note that Chanel Tweed fabric should be treated with care during washing to avoid deterioration and maintain its appearance as new. It should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, should not be bleached, can be ironed at low temperature, and dry cleaning is allowed, with the exception of trichloroethylene. It cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used for the production of Chanel Tweed fabric is sublimation, which consists of transforming solid inks into gas to print on the fabric. This process allows the colors of the design to be vibrant and long-lasting, and the fabric to have great resistance to wear and washing.

Regarding the combination of plain colors that could be used with Chanel Tweed fabric, tones such as white, gray, mustard yellow, burgundy, and dark green, among others, could be combined. These colors would highlight the printed design of the fabric and result in unique and elegant creations.
