The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is a type of Lycra with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It features a printed design with circles, specks, dots, and polka dots in the main colors of night black, sun yellow, and grapefruit red. This design can be combined with other plain colors such as white, grey, blue, or pink.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed on one side only. In terms of its characteristics, the fabric is elastic, soft to the touch, and chlorine resistant, and also has a very high UV protection factor of 50+ thanks to its UPF finish. The printed design adds a touch of modernity and dynamism to any garment.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very varied, being especially suitable for manufacturing sportswear, such as swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, tights, and leggings. It can also be used in the making of lingerie and fashion apparel, including swimwear. The fabric is sustainable and GRS certified.
Regarding the care this fabric should receive, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees and iron it at a cool temperature. It should not be bleached or dry cleaned, and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a technique that allows for high image quality and color fixation in the fabric due to the use of heat and pressure.
