The base fabric is a technical type of water-repellent, antibacterial fabric, with a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 160 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The printed design is characterized by the presence of circles, speckles, and dots in its pattern, with the main colors being white, cadillac pink, and plum pink. This design can be combined with other plain tones such as black, gray, and lighter shades of pink. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the fabric include a water-repellent finish that ensures its impermeability, a rough texture, and an antibacterial finish. These characteristics combine with the attributes of the printed design to create a fabric with visual appeal that is also highly functional in terms of durability and stain resistance.
The applications and uses of this fabric include fashion apparel, accessories such as bags and wallets, home decor items such as cushions and tablecloths, and it can also be used for loungers and frames. Additionally, the fabric is also suitable for making coin purses and toiletry bags.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 60ºC. The fabric allows for dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene, warm ironing, and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which involves applying inks in a gaseous form through a thermal printer and then fusing these inks onto the fabric surface. This printing method is known for producing high-resolution and durable images on the printed fabric.
