The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. Its grammage is 280 gr/m2 and it has a width of 150 cm. This fabric features a printed design of circular shapes in shades of plum pink, cadillac pink, and details in cotton white. This design is composed of speckles, polka dots, and spots, which creates a brilliant visual effect with a soft texture to the touch. The fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of this fabric are its softness and visual brilliance, making it perfect for applications in decoration and fashion. The fabric can be used for upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for making pants, jackets, blazers, overshirts, bomber jackets, vests, handbags, and backpacks. Moreover, its applications in home textiles are diverse, being ideal for making cushions, baskets, and other decorative accessories.
Regarding the care instructions, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, without bleach and by dry cleaning except trichlorethylene. It is also recommended to iron the garment at a low temperature and avoid using a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the ink from the print by heat and pressure to the fiber of the fabric. This allows for high-quality prints that are not affected by brushing or washing, creating resistant and durable printed designs.
