The fabric in question is a polyester tweed with a grammage of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, which has been printed with a circular pattern design in orange tones. The design combines circles and polka dots with circles and dots in different shades of mango orange, light orange, and cinnamon orange. These colors contrast harmoniously with plain colors in earth tones, browns, and dark greens. It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding its general characteristics, the tweed fabric is stiff to the touch and its texture is rough due to the threads forming small bumps on its surface. On the other hand, the printed design is elegant and sophisticated, suitable for both clothing and home decor. In terms of its applications and uses, the fabric is ideal for jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses; as well as for cushions in the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. In addition, the design is suitable for clothing items such as shorts, bow ties, and caps.
It is important to highlight that this fabric requires special care. It should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, it should be ironed at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to produce this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which consists of digitally printing the image onto transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat. This process ensures high print quality with vivid and long-lasting colors.
