The satin fabric, named Amsterdam, is printed with a design of circular shapes, polka dots, and spots in shades of denim blue, medium blue, and iceberg blue. It would combine perfectly with solid tones in white, cream, or light gray. This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The Amsterdam fabric has a bright visual texture, with a smooth and thin feel. The printed design adds an elegant and avant-garde touch to the fabric. The combination of the silkiness of the satin and the subtlety of the polka dots and circles of the print creates a sophisticated and refined appearance.
The fabric is versatile and can be used for a wide variety of applications, such as shirts, blouses, kimonos, skirts, pants, tops, and accessories, among others. In addition, it is an excellent option for lingerie such as pajamas, dresses, and bridal underwear.
The Amsterdam fabric requires certain care to maintain its satiny and soft appearance. It is recommended not to use bleach and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can also be dry cleaned, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene. In addition, it is important to iron it at a warm temperature and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used for the Amsterdam fabric is polyester sublimation. This process is based on the use of special inks that adhere to the fabric through the application of heat and pressure, achieving maximum fixation and durability of the printed design on the fabric.
