The base fabric in question is the Sports Recycled Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its GRS certification guarantees that it is a recycled and sustainable fabric. Regarding the printed design, it features circular or polka dot shapes in angel blue, purple dragon, and iceberg blue colors, which gives it a modern and fresh style. It could be combined with other solid colors such as black, white, gray, or green. The fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing.
As for the characteristics, the fabric has a soft and smooth texture to the touch, which makes it suitable for sportswear and swimwear, as well as for womens, mens, or childrens shirts. In addition, its timeless season allows it to be used at any time of the year. On the other hand, the printed design of circles or polka dots adds a fun and youthful touch to the garments.
As for applications and uses, the fabric is ideal for making sportswear and swimwear thanks to its composition and characteristics. In addition, its softness and smoothness allow its use in shirts for both adults and children. In combination with other fabrics, more complete garments with a wider range of possibilities can be achieved.
It is important to follow certain care instructions to maintain the quality and durability of the fabric. It is not recommended to bleach it, and the washing temperature should not exceed 40ºC to ensure that its properties are not damaged. It is also important to iron it at a cold temperature and not to use a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, specifically for polyester fabrics. This technique consists of impregnating the ink in liquid form into the individual fibers of the fabric so that it is permanently fixed to it and does not fade or crack over time, thus guaranteeing a durable and high-quality design.
