Recycled Lycra - Seal 230 gr/m2

The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is an elastic, resistant fabric with a weight of 230 gr/m2, ideal for manufacturing lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear. It is composed of 75% recycled polyester and 25% elastane and has GRS certification.

The printed design of circles and polka dots in shades of milk chocolate brown, soft ivory white, and garnet red gives it a fun and original touch. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.

In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric offers a soft touch and is chlorine-resistant, with very high UV protection 50+. Regarding the printed design, its finish is precise and vibrant, highlighting each stamped shape thanks to the sublimation printing technology used.

The applications or uses of the fabric go beyond those already mentioned. It is ideal for manufacturing leotards, tights, leggings, and swimsuits for children, women, and men. Additionally, its elasticity and soft texture make it perfect for fitted and comfortable garments.

As it is a delicate fabric, it is important to follow the manufacturers recommended care instructions. The fabric does not allow bleaching and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoiding the use of a tumble dryer and ironing at a cool temperature.

Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the dye from the printer to the fabric using heat and pressure, thus achieving a durable and high-quality fixation.
