Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso

The base fabric is Antibacterial Water-Repellent Fabric - Tromso, a 100% polyester technical fabric with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design features circular and polka dot shapes in the main colors of milk chocolate brown, soft ivory white, and a touch of garnet red. This design could be combined with plain fabrics in earth tones, beige, or white to achieve an elegant and serene style. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.

In terms of general characteristics, the base fabric has a water-repellent finish that makes it resistant to water, as well as an antibacterial finish to prevent the proliferation of bacteria. The texture is slightly rough to the touch. The printed design is cheerful and youthful, with a combination of organic shapes and harmonious colors that make it ideal for fashion garments, accessories, and home decor.

The applications and uses for this fabric are varied, ranging from fashion (trousers, purses, toiletry bags, backpacks, wallets) to home decor (tablecloths, cushions, pictures, sun loungers). It could also be used for making stretcher bars and other crafts.

Regarding care, this fabric should not be bleached and the maximum washing temperature is 60 degrees Celsius. Dry cleaning is possible with the exception of trichloroethylene. Additionally, it is recommended to iron at a warm temperature and not to tumble dry.

Finally, the technology used for printing this fabric is sublimation, which allows the design to integrate into the fabric at a molecular level without compromising the water-repellent and antibacterial properties of the fabric.
