The base fabric is Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga, with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane. Its weight of 180 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it ideal for manufacturing fashion garments. The printed design features circles and dots in main colors such as Night Black (77.33%), Mustard Yellow (14.98%), and Light Orange (3.34%). This design symbolizes elegance and vitality, providing great versatility to the garment.
The digitally printed single-sided fabric has characteristics of elasticity and a grainy feel. Perfect for making dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear. To complement the hues of the printed design, it could be combined with solid tones of gray, mustard yellow, black, or white.
It is important to consider the fabric care, avoiding the use of harsh chemicals, bleaches, and temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to iron at low temperatures and use the dryer at low temperatures to prolong the life of the garment.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation. This technique involves printing the design onto transfer paper with special sublimation ink and using a heat press to transfer the ink from the paper to the fabric through dye evaporation. This method of printing on fabric enhances colors and details, creating high-quality definition in the printed design.
